The authorities have not officially declared any institute wise cut off lists yet for 2019 but using previous years data we can predict your chances.

Last year the closing rank for NIFT patna was 563 and for NIFT Jodhpur it was  533. so you have moderate chances of getting BFTech at NIFT Patna.

For now, you have to wait for the official announcements.
