You didn't mention clearly that which subject is additional. If you have studied biology as additional subject in both 11th and 12th then you can go for NEET exam. But if you studied biology only in class 12th and that too as optional then, sorry you cannot appear for NEET exam.
Sorry I didn't get you, first you have written that you have completed your 10+2 from CISCE (i.e ISC Examination) with Mathematics and Biology and then again you have appeared 12th exam from UP State Board.
