I have passed class 12 in 2013 with pcm and applied for biology as an additional subject through nios on demand exam this month can I fill neet 2019 form and if yes then what is the qualifying code for that

i have studied 12th pcm group from stateboard and completed biology as single subject from nios i am eligible for neet if though i have to submit 2 marksheet during counseling creates any problem
