The minimum Graduation percentage to appear in LSAT Exam is  45% for general and there is some relaxation for the reserved category. For the exact information you should contact LSAT official authorirties so that they can help you better.

Hello, See The Eligibility for Admission to 3yrs LL.B. (Hons.) Degree in Intellectual Property Rights in Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur:

• First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent. OR

See OBC category would have helped you in LSAT exam cutoff list (the above mentioned basic eligibility is same for all). Here, your eligibility percent wise not fulfilling the college demanded eligibility, that makes you not eligible... but you can look for other colleges...
