It does't matter that you are pursuing BPT or completed because the eligibility criteria for NEET is that you should have more than 50% in your 12th with PCB for applying for NEET for MBBS entrance and if you qualify in that entrance then only you are eligible for the next stage of MBBS.

Your age should be more than 17 years. These are the criteria that you have to fulfil in order to opt for NEET for MBBS.

Yes you are eligible and you can apply.
Neet eligibility criteria is :-
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
percentage required for neet :-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

The eligibility criteria for NEET for MBBS is based on three factors namely;

AGE----   You must be born between  May 5 1994 to december 31,2002

ACADEMICAL QUALIFICATION------   You must have cleared 12th grade with PCB, with minimum 50 % of marks in each subject.

NATIONALITY----- Indian national,NRI,OCI, PIO, Foreign nationals.

So, as per the criteria you are eligible.
