As you want to know about the admission criteria in BA Political Science and Sociology. The following is the eligibility criteria for that:

Candidates must have completed class XII from a recognized institution. The candidate must have received at least 50% on their final exams in class XII. Students who have completed class XII with arts are usually qualified, however, students who have completed class XII with science and commerce are also eligible.

After 10th with Diploma you can go for the BTech Lateral Entry courses but you can't go for the BA courses through Correspondence or full time course. If you wish to do BA then I would recommend you to go for the open school & complete your 10+2. Clearing 10+2 from open schools such as NIOS are very easy & you can easily do it. After that you can pursue BA in Political science.
