Yes I believe you are eligible for Drug Inspector exam.

The minimum eligibility to sit for the exam is that you should be a graduate from a recognised university with graduation in pharmacy, pharmaceutical science, medicine or other relevant subjects.

Bsc Biotechnology is also related to the science field. So I believe you can easily sit for the exam.
