The Eligibility Criteria for LLM is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. Hi Mudit.

Thats great you have completed your llb in 2017. And you can go for llm. But before that you need to tell me your final score in your law degree. Because you need around 55% in your last qualifying degree to be eligible for llm in those colleges.

And coming up to entrance exams then there are many entrance tests for LLM.

Am listing out some of the best entrances fotr llm.

  • CLAT PG (Common law admission test for LLM Programme)
  • ILI CAT (Indian law institute common admission test)
  • ALLAHBAD UNIVERSITY LLM
  • IPU CET LLM ( IP University LLM Entrance exam)
  • DU LLM Entrance Exam ( Faculty of law, Delhi University)
  • AIBE (All India Bar Exam)
  • LSAT India PG (Law schhol admission test for LLM Programme
  • AILET PG ( national law university , delhi entrance for pg)
  • AMU LLM (Faculty of law, Aligarh muslim university)

So. these are the important entrance exams for pursuing LLM. And most of them atleast 50-55% of marks in your llb. Secondaly, you have to clear the cutoff in order to get in any of these.

Moreover to check eligiblity and application form date and exam date you can refer to the link am giving you below.
