Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, yes you will be eligible to get Karnataka quota for admissions in  NEET PG 2022 because if you complete MBBS from different state then you will be eligible for PG reservation there as in U.P only people or students eligible for PG state seats are students who have completed their MBBS from colleges within the of UP except the students studying in central universities or colleges.
