If you are preparing for IIT JEE. Then you must complete all the syllabus completing NCERT of class 11th for Chemistry subject is just the 10% that you shave done so far . So you can complete all the chapters of 11th and 12th for Chemistry physics and mathematics. then you can you jump on the previous year question papers and you can solve MCQs because that will help you to solve question in less time. Also build your approach to solve question. Do it and it will be helpful

It's good you have  completed ncert chemistry of class 11.

Now you need to follow the following  top books for your preparation :-

Physics:

Concepts of physics Vol I and II by HC Verma

Problems in General Physics by I.E Irodov

Objective questions on physics by DC Pandey

Mathematics:

Maths XI and XII by RD Sharma

Complete mathematics for JEE Main TMH

New pattern mathematics for JEE mains/advanced by Arihant publications

CHEMISTRY:-

Ncert Chemistry for class XI and XII

Physical Chemistry by OP Tondon

Numerical Chemistry by P.Bahadur

Organic chemistry by OP Tondon

Follow a routine and try to give at least 8 hours to studies and out of that 8 hours you need to devote at least 4 hours in solving numericals and mcqs

Practice at least 100 numericals or mcqs after completing each chapter to have good command over concepts

Make short notes of important concepts and formulas that you can use them fot Quick revision

Solve previous year question papers and mock test papers for jee ;- You should solve these , it will give you idea of types of questions asked and their difficulty level and will help you a lot.
