thanks for asking your query as to appear for kcet you must have domicile of karnataka or your parents must have a government job in karnataka otherwise you are not eligible to claim the state government seats available in kcet.

The eligibility criteria of KCET requires you to to study  and pass through a recognized Institute of Karnataka. The Academic study from a state institution should be for a minimum period of seven years

Candidates should have appeared/passed 10th or 12th from Karnataka. So,you are not eligible for KCET.

No, you are not eligible for KCET. It is stated in the eligibility criteria of KCET that the student should have studied in Karnataka for at least 7 years. It is also mentioned that you should have completed your class 10 and class 12 from Karnataka. You can give other entrance exams like COMEDK, JEE, etc.
