hello shakti prasad,

yes,the students who all are studied in abroad can do their UG/PG here.the candidates belonging to srilanka,nepal,singapore,UAE can give GATE.but i'm not sure of that whether the malasyian candidate is eligibile or not.you can verify this with gate authorities,please use the given links:
