Well, You may be aware of the ongoing crisis in BSNL. The government has offered VRS  to its existing employees. Govt has proposed for MTNL & BSNL merger too. So right now we can not expect a recruitment from their end. But definitely by the end of 2020 or in the starting of 2021 we hope BSNL will come with recruitment. I strongly recommend you to start preparing for other exams conducted by Railway, ISRO , BARC where n number of candidates are employed every year. Keep updating their career page regularly. Apart from this, You may appear for other exams conducted by your Home state.

I suggest you to start preparing for exams with dedication. You need to have a through knowledge in quant, reasoning, current affairs apart from your subject . Stay focused , dedicate 5-6 hours daily for your preparation. Definitely you can clear the exam in one go. if any doubts, pls feel free to ask.

If you have completed your Diploma and want to do the job in BSNL then you have to prepare for SSC JE Exam. SSC JE Exam helps you to get recruits for the post of Junior Engineers Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, and Contract Posts.

Because you are a Diploma Holder, not a Degree Holder you will get a post of Junior Engineer in BSNL and other PSUs.

They regularly post the vacancies. Most of the jobs demand a B.Tech/M.Tech degree, so there are little chances that you find any job. You may consider doing an AMIE, which is a B.Tech level examination, that gives you degree equivalen to B.Tech. After completing AMIE, you will be eligible for all B.Tech Jobs. Jobs are different depending on where do you want to get posted. There is more competition for jobs in meteropolitian cities.

In case you are not able to find any job for Diploma holder in BSNL, you may search job in other companies such as TATA,
