seats through b category in CBIT is based on following points:
The admission will be strictly on the basis of merit obtained

firstly in JEE (Mains) CRL Rank,

secondly TS EAMCET-2020 Rank and

thirdly IPE Marks (TSBIE) (or) CBSE + 2 marks (or) any other equivalent examination [should obtain equivalent certificate from Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE)].

Also it is to be noted that Unlike TS eamcet cutoff the b category cutoff for a college has a lots of variations year to year. It is because the kind of students applying for b category is not always the same.

However, It is more preferential to have  a rank under 25k and minimum of 51k  to get a seat in the desired branch, according to the students studying there. for 59200 crl i think it might get quite difficult for you however, you may have chances, less though. Also with this rank you may not get branch of your choice in CBIT.
