I would like to inform you that you are eligible for the home state quota for Uttarakhand if you have a valid domicile certificate of Uttarakhand. it doesnt really matters where you complete your 10+2. However at the time of reporting to the institute, you need to carry the original documents confirming that you are a resident of Uttarakhand.
