If you have a domicile certificate of Uttarakhand, you can apply for an 85 percent state quota for Uttarakhand. If you don't have domicile certificate of Rajasthan you can participate in 85% state quota. You have to remember that a person can't have two domicile certificate. So you have chance to participate in Uttarakhand 85% state quota but not in Rajasthan. You can participate in 15% AIQ for Rajasthan
