yes you can do Msc in embryology after completing your bsc in Forensic science. Embryology deals with the study of  development and fertilization of gametes and also disorder occur before birth and Forensic science deals with study of  scientific methods to investigate crimes , Dna fingerprinting , murder mystery etc. Both fields have different aspects and importance too, I have it helps.
