Yeah..I Know that..but in the notifications, given that final year students can also apply and they should produce their certificates on or before interview or some specified date..So,I too clear the paper and All the documents should be in my hand on or before that particular date.. That's why asking am I eligible for apply???Because I don't want to waste one more year..
