Yes, It is valid if the card has visible Q-R Code, Aadhar No., and name etc. When it comes to Aadhaar it is only your Aadhaar card number which matters.
But UIDAI Advised not to use PVC card as well as Laminated card, using M-Aadhaar and Pdf print is enough and advisable.
