• Yes, there, is a certain age limit for the candidate the applicant should not more than 30 years old. But  in the case of women and reserved category  5 years of relaxation is there that means up to 35 years u can apply.
• Junior Research Fellowship is conducted by NTA twice a year the eligibility criteria  is the applicant must have 55% marks in his/her master degree.

Maximum age limit prescribed for the award of Joint Research Fellowship (JRF) is 28 years as on January 1, 2020. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years for reserved category candidates (SC/ST/Persons with Disability (PwD) and female applicants) and 3 years for OBC – Non-creamy layer candidates
