It is common to loose interest. Don't worry. Here are a few things you can do.

• Before sleeping, think of your goal and think of positive things.
• Take breaks in between studies.
• Meditate,relax and listen to some soothing music while taking breaks.
• Always be positive. Don't make your mind think that you are loosing momentum.
