It's completely okay if you've filled your first preference list wrongly for the first round. Now don't lock the college and go for the second round and fill up your preference list carefully with your desired colleges according to your preference.

You will have a better chance of getting your desired college in the second round as the cut offs usually lowers a little for the subsequent rounds.
