please, do not worry like every problem has a solution this problem has a solution. You try log in to your email id that you registered through and you will find your login Id there, then, go to the login portal on the website of the university and tap forgot password and reset your password.

You may also find your login on your registered mobile number in messages.

If none of the above helps then you may visit the university office in dwarka and seek help.
