This types of accounts (for examination registration purposes) always need an email. So if you used your email id for account creation then you can click on forgot password, when it ask for password. Then either a link or any other message regarding your account recovery will be sent to you on your respective email id. You can use that to recover your account.

If that doesn't work, you should try sending a mail on the email id given on official website asking for help in account recovery. You will get the help soon.

You should immediately contact the office of kcet and tell them your problem of login password and security answer. Just contact them through the email and contact number provided to you. Just make it as soon as possible because on delaying you can get into trouble as you have shortage of time.
