Hello Aspirant,
.
NTA allows once to correct the mistakes in the application forms but I am not sure what you are asking is going to happen or not.
But do not fill a duplicate form because then NTA will reject your application form. Most probably your April attempt percentile would be considered only.
Do not worry about all these all things and just focus on how to score more in JEE Main April attempt..
