I have got 80 percentails in jan-19 ,but mistakenly computer operator applied april-19 jee in new application , please guide what to do

there is nothing to worry about it.
if you have applied for JEE main april in New application,then I suggest you to reappear in Exam .
because only your best will be taken as final result.
so if you score more in JEE main april then you can fill the councelling form with that marks.
and if unfortunately you score less then fill the councelling form with older registration ID.
