116 in Neet is not an appropriate score to get a college through All India quota. 113 is the minimum qualifying cutoff for ST Category candidates. Through all India quota the cutoffs are usually higher and that is why any score at least less than 530 out of 720 is less. Even for Dental, you need to secure at least 480 marks in Neet for a ST category candidate. However you can try for state counselling as for state quota candidates the cutoffs are comparatively low and the private medical colleges participate in state counselling so you have chances to get seat in private medical colleges through Management quota and for that the course fee would be comparatively high. To get complete list of colleges you can based on your rank use this link http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer You can appear for Neet next year and get a chance to increase your score. Hey!

having 116 marks really makes it difficult for you to get any government colleges for MBBS or BAMS. But there are some private colleges which does give seat for this mark. but they might charge you a lot than you can even imagine. but they too have vacancies. your mark is kind of too low. so getting seat for MBBS in even private colleges is almost impossible, but BAMS might be a chance.

good luck
