Hey Swapnil !

As far as the norms for the eligibility for MBBS is concerned, apart from securing a decent rank in NEET, you also need to have a minimum of 50% aggregate score in the total of PCB Subject Group. As far as your case is concerned, a score of 121 wouldn't be near to 50% and hence your chances to get selected are quite certain to wane off. I am sorry.
