Anyone who has passed his 10+2 is eligible to take the NEET exam. Yes! They will definitely ask your individual subject score. You can take the exam if you have cleared your board exam. You didn't mention your board and other details. What I can conclude from your question, I have answered as per that only. If you have a back in any of the subject (P,C,B) I will suggest you to clear the back exam and then try for NEET.
