Your rank in IPU BBA CET i.e. 13298 is not a good rank, so it is difficult to get admission in good colleges affiliated to GGSIPU 

As you are from outside Delhi and general , therefore you fall in GNGNO category . Considering the last year's cut off you might only get a seat in Raj Kumar Goel Engineering College, Hapur, UP.

You may get any other college in spot round of counselling.
