Hi Swapnil,

I am really sorry but that rank is too less to get good IIITs and NITs. Your SC Category rank may fetch you some decent colleges but remember that  the competition goes really high. I am sharing a link below,please check the colleges you may expect to get with reference to previous year's data.This link will compile all the colleges at one place and give you a list. Hello,
With that rank in JEE main, you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Your rank is way too high. It is impossible for you. A
So please go for some good private engineering colleges in India like Sharda SRM Amity etc. Here's a list of them
