The campus you are looking for which is also the main campus and it has created a great hype among students and also the college has a great ranking and well developed infrastructure. So getting seat in CSE at the rank which you have mentioned is not possible because as i said that it is most demanding campus and a lot of students try there best to get in it and also CSE branch belong to same condition.
