Candidates belonging to SC/ST category with parents' annual income less than Rs. 2,00,000 are eligible for full fee reimbursement. So, if your parents' annual income from all sources is below Rs. 2,00,000 then you can claim full fee reimbursement. Last year a candidate with rank 11390  belonging to ST category secured admission to Civil Engineering in Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology, Hyderabad in final phase. Considering the previous year cut off you may not get seat in CBIT, Hyderabad in Civil Engineering. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
