i have got 21 marks in jee mains but for me (sc) cut off marks is 29 so by filling the counselling will i get a govt college or not

It will not be possible to get a seat in any of the NITs or the IIITs as to get the seat crossing the cutoff is just isn't enough and for this, a higher score is required but still considering the reservation quota JOSAA won't be beneficial but still you can try for other State University Govt. Colleges as the cutoffs are lower and it is easier to get a seat if not considering the branch as to get the desired branch it will not be that easy.
