Dear aspirant,
Considering that 29 is your percentile in jee mains and you belong to the sc category. I am sorry to say there is no chances for you to get a seat in any of the colleges through josaa as the cut off are way high than your percentile. With this percentile you won't be able to grab even the lowest cut off colleges through like ggu bilaspur, gurukul kongri Vishwavidyalaya.

JEE Mains cutoff for 2018 was 29 and there are lots of government colleges in India. I suggest that you go through the cutoffs of a few and check if you can make the cut.
