Well I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 317 and 232103 rank in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get any government or private collegs through counselling. You can try management quota but the fees would be beyond 40 Lacs. I hope this information was helpful!

Sorry to say this but private medical colleges if Madhya Pradesh won't entertain you with these marks. Cutoff for mp counseling for first round of 2019 was 7,00,000 under category for MBBS. The allotment list is available on the official website. You can still try for the medical colleges, you can definitely get BDS in a private medical college, but mbbs is difficult. Hope get the answer to your question.

If you are from reserved category than your chances is more rather than in general category..
You might get admission in  2nd or may be in 3rd round....
