Dear Guru, you havent mentioned the State you belong to. Defense Quota is given by the respective State authorities and it is different from State to State. The % of reservation varies from 1-3% depending on the State you hold the domicile of. With 240 marks inspite of OBC and defense quotas, a seat in MBBS and BDS are highly unlikely. This again also depends on the State you belong to. You might get a seat in a Veterinary College. The minimum qualifying score for the NEEt exam for Obc candidates is 107. And since your score is 240 which is more than the minimum qualifying score , you can get a seat in MBBS/BDS/VETERINARY. But you can not expect a seat in private or government colleges as the minimum score needed to get a seat there is 300 and 550 respectively. This is just an approximate  figure and can vary with different factors. 

With 240 score in NEET , you can only expect a seat in deemed medical universities like JSS MEDICAL COLLEGE ,BHARTI VIDYAPEETH etc.
