As you mentioned with 257200 rank , your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible as previous year last student who got admission to government medical college in Andhra pradesh had 29k rank for General category.
As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.
Or you can go for management quota seats in private colleges but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.

Hello, getting admission in any of the government colleges at this rank is impossible. The closing rank cutoff for the last admitted candidate in AP was 1,11,927 in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole last year. You should try for private colleges if you can afford the high fee.
