Dear Alfisha, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 560
OBC: 559
SC: 457
ST: 432

Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.So to be honest, at 320 it is unfortunately not possible to get a seat in a Government Medical College.
