Hey,

As your score is not so good in NEET exam it will be difficult for you getting a seat in any medical government colleges.

Your rank will also not be as good as it is needed, minimum 10K rank is demanded by the top BAMS government colleges.

Kiran, gate for private medical colleges are always open so yes you will get a seat in any private college but personally speaking you should work hard one more year if you can, otherwise private colleges are always there but make note thatthey can charge you a high amount.
