As this score is below the cut off mark for this year, you cannot pursue any course through NEET this year. You can always try to get admission through your class 12 exam qualification.

As you know that you didn't qualify the eaxm. For the General category you require the minimum score 119 & for reserved it is 96. With this score you are not eligible for BAMS in Government colleges.
