As you belong to the SC category you do have chances of getting a government college. The chances are more of BDS than MBBS. But you can get MBBS also as you are SC and your score is near about 390. You can also get a seat in private colleges. So try accordingly.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
