Hello, The pgcet will allot the rank up to 2000 for the candidates getting admission through gate scores. You need not deduct any ranks from yours. Just think of gate score as a separate category of reservation and hence you will be given allotted based on pgcet scores only. Virtually there are 1000 persons above you in your category and not 3000 peoples.
