If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in any of the nits  are negligible.
Previous year the last cutoff admitted was in nit Agartala,that was 1711.with the rank which you have secured its nearly impossible to get into nits for mca course.
You can look for some other colleges which accept the nimcet score.
