According to previous years analysis of closing ranks for various rounds for 2nd round you can get following :

BHUBNESHWAR(4995:CR),LUCKNOW(4714:CR)-2ND ROUND
BHOPAL(6232:CR),CHENNAI(4500:CR),JAIPUR(4462:CR) for 3rd round

above i have mentioned closing ranks for 2018 for rounds two and three you have fair chances of getting lucknow as in round three cr last year for lucknow was 5680
