Hiiiii Sunil!!!! The cut off marks for government MBBS seat went upto 420 last year and upto 581 in 2017. So this year too it may vary a bit around these marks as it depends on many factors like number of students appearing, difficulty level of the examination, etc. Good luck!!!!

Hello dear
Below is list of colleges along with marks required for general category under state quota in Himachal Pradesh :-
Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla:- 583
Dr. Rajendra Prasad Medical College, Tanda:- 564
Dr. YS Parmar Govt. Medical College, Nahan:- 555
Sh. Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College, Mandi:- 555
so dear you can easily see from above that to get a seat with marks below 550 is very tough,  your score is 500 , so you have low chances of getting a seat.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.
