As per the past year councelling the cutoffs for Andhra university ranges from 908-52818 with cse having the lowest and mechanical having the highest cutoff.
Hence it could be difficult for you to get cse as the branch in this university. Even ece and civil might be a bit difficult to get. But these cutoffs are highly volatile and change every year due to various reasons and this year's cutoff can't be predicted.
But you can always get into this university and try changing your branch after an year.

In 2018 a candidate with rank 8104 belonging to BC-D category secured seat in Andhra University, Vishakapatnam.
