As you have a domicile of Jharkhand,to grab a seat in a Private Medical College in Telengana ,you'll have to participate in the All India Counselling,through that you can get a seat in the 15% seats alotted through All India Counselling

So ,with a score 524 it seems that for you getting a seat in Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences,Telengana is quite difficult. You atleast needed to score 550+.
