Dear Manish, last year score of 511 secured seat in North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi. At 535 you have a fair chance of getting medical college in Delhi under STATE QUOTA in OBC category.
Here's the list of colleges whose cut off was less than your score.

North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi-511
Dr BabaSaheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi - 515
University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, Delhi-533

Also since the exam was bit easy this year so the cut offs are expected to increase. You can wait for the exact cut offs to come.

can a girl candidate get govt. seat with 535 marks in delhi under obc category in state quota?

Sry I didn't knew you are a girl candidate so I didn't mentioned you Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi.
The cut off for this college was 520.
So you have very high chances of getting govt college.
ONE more thing to note is that there is not particular reservation for girl candidate. Its true that the colleges under DU give relaxation of about 1-2 marks.
