Well for the ESIC quota to be applicable, a student has to be a IP ward student. If you are a IP ward student then ESIc category will be eligible for you.
Generally the cut off is low but still the marks you scored is way too less and you might not get a college.
This year list is not yet received because of which no cut off is known.
